This is a copy of the earliest known flag used by the Ulster Guard. The flag is illustrated in a circa 1857/58 lithograph done by Otto Botticher.


This is the regimental colors carried by the Ulster Guard during it's 90 day service from April 25, through August 2, 1861. Courtesy, New York State.


(above) This regimental color was carried by the 20th NYSM during the 2nd Bull Run campaign. Flag is owned by New York State.
