New ribbon designed for 25th anniversary event.

CITIZENS OF
GREENE & ULSTER COUNTY
God willing, on Monday,
July 3, 2006, at 2 PM, I will be holding a 25th anniversary ceremony at
the 20th New York State Militia monument, along Hancock Avenue, on the
Gettysburg Battlefield.
Two full companies (G and
K) of this vaunted regiment were composed of Greene County lads. They
took a conspicuous part in the sanguinary battle, especially on July 1,
1863 and again on July 3.
The public is cordially
invited to attend this reverent service. Come and honor our brave,
heroic soldiers from Greene and Ulster.
